PURPOSE: A polymorphism marker and monoploid marker for predicting susceptibility of diffuse-type gastric cancer are provided to detect susceptibility of gastric cancer occurrence and to prevent gastric cancer. CONSTITUTION: A kit for predicting susceptibility of diffuse-type gastric cancer comprises a probe or primer pair which is able to detecting diffuse-type gastric cancer-associated polymorphism. The probe has 15-50mer selected in a polynucleotide. A method for detecting the diffuse-type gastric cancer-associated polymorphism comprises: a step of detecting polymorphism site using DNA; and a step of comparing the result with a control group. |
