<p>The invention relates to a process for preparing polymer nanocomposites with application for the production of high compression strength materials. According to the invention, the process consists in the radical polymerization of acrylonitrile in natural or synthetic zeolites, wherein the zeolite is imbibed in a monomer and initiator solution for 1...3 h, at the room temperature, in a mould previously deaerated with nitrogen for 10...20 min, tightly closed, and then the mould is introduced into an ultrasonic water bath, wherein there takes place another step of ultrasonic treatment at a temperature of 55...70°C, for 18...24 h, wherein the polymerization takes place, wherefrom there results a hybrid polymer monocomposite which is left to dry for 20...24 h.</p> |
