<p>The invention relates to a dilution medium for the cryopreservation of billy goat sperm cells. According to the invention, the medium comprises 10 mM of cysteine, 375 mM of tris(hydroxyethyl) aminomethane, 124 mM of anhydrous citric acid, 41.6 mM of fructose, 1000 IU /ml of penicillin G Sodium, 1 mg/ml of streptomycin sulphate, 20% by volume of egg yolk, it has a pH value of 6.8 at a temperature of 37°C and an osmolality of 440 mOsm/kg, measured on the basis of the freezing point.</p> |
