The dome (6) has a base body made of a transparent material. An indication surface (26) has a quote constituted of alphanumeric symbols (100) such as TAXI word. An opaque or translucent coating i.e. paint coating, is coated on an inner surface of the base body and extended around one of the alphanumeric symbols, where the dome defines an open area (102) located adjacent to each alphanumeric symbol, where the open area is not provided with the coating. The open area extends around an entire periphery of each symbol, where width of the open area is 2 mm. An independent claim is also included for a repeater.
