The method involves exposing water or an aqueous solution to an alternating magnetic field with magnetic flux density of 25 mT for less than 1 hour at constant temperature. To increase the solvent power, the water is exposed to an alternating magnetic field with frequency in the range of 10-30 Hz and 1-9 Hz for the aqueous solution, and to reduce the solvent power, the water is exposed to an alternating magnetic field with frequency in the range of 1-9 Hz, and 10-30 Hz for the aqueous solution. ^ EFFECT: increasing/decreasing solvent power of water by varying frequency parameters of the alternating magnetic field to which the water is exposed. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg |
