<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in coating work while restraining defective products from being produced. <P>SOLUTION: A coating system has: a coating head 7 in which a plurality of nozzles 9, which discharge a coating liquid to a plurality of pixel parts G which are formed by lining in the X and Y directions of a sheet W respectively, are provided by lining in the Y direction; a driving system 12 which moves the coating head 7 in the X and Y directions to the sheet W; a coating operation-controlling part 14 which controls the execution of a unit coating operation which makes the nozzles 9 simultaneously charge the coating liquid to the pixel parts G which are lined in the Y direction; a coordinate-acquiring part 24 which has a camera 5 for photographing the pixel parts G and acquires the coordinates of the pixel parts G; and a computation part 15 which computes, on the basis of the coordinates thus acquired, the number of the pixels, the regular positions of which enable the coating liquid to be dropped on by the unit coating operation, among the plurality of pixel parts G which are lined in the Y direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
