Each power cylinder is pivotally connected to the housing and the balancer in the middle part. The middle pinch roller is mounted on the crosshead, and the end pinch rollers - at the free ends of the balances. ^ EFFECT: use of the invention provides synchronisation of work of power cylinders and uniform clamping of rollers to aluminium and flux cored wire. ^ 6 cl, 8 dwg
