<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting method of a wheel light emitting device for visually confirming rotational operation of a wheel, in the wheel light emitting device for securing visibility when a vehicle travels at night. <P>SOLUTION: This wheel light emitting device has a structure for making a light storage function part 2 emit the light by irradiating the light from a light irradiating means 1 to the light storage function part, by arranging the light storage function part 2 in the wheel 3 provided in the vehicle, and rotation of the wheel can be easily recognized by visually confirming the rotational operation of the wheel by periodically repeating an intensity change in the light irradiated by the light irradiating means 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
