FIELD: transport, package. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed machine feeds continuously the package web to be transformed into tube with lengthwise edges overlapped and sealed. Liquid food product is poured to fluid level in preset position above outlet of filling tube fed continuously vertically down. Note here that said tube is retained by sealing clamp and locking clamp in transverse direction below fluid level and by forming boards simultaneously with pre-forming to seal it crosswise. Then, it is cut in zone of crosswise seal to make packages. Machine comprises pressure flange arranged around filling tube edges, below tube fluid level. Said flange controls the flow from top part to bottom part of liquid product pouted into tube to maintain its position pressure in said tube below the flange and to facilitate its forming by boards. Machine comprises also the appliance to apply coat on gap or potential gap formed in zone of lengthwise sealing at point whereat product pressure decreases due to product pressure variation above aforesaid sealing clamps, locking clamps and boards. Said appliance prevents ingress of ambient matters into tube caused by product pressure drop to negative pressure caused by pressure variations. ^ EFFECT: higher quality of packing. ^ 4 cl, 9 dwg |
