<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that freedom of arrangement is low, to loosen arrangement restriction of a diode for protection and to raise the freedom of arrangement in a photo coupler circuit equipped with a photo coupler, since it is necessary to arrange a diode for protecting the photo coupler by being approximated to a diode of a light emitting element of the photo coupler and strong restriction must be provided in arrangement of the diode for protection. <P>SOLUTION: The photo coupler circuit is equipped with the photo coupler P1 in which circuit input terminals Inp-1, Inn are connected to input terminals of the light emitting element and the diode D1 which is connected to the light emitting element of the photo coupler P1 in parallel and with inverse polarity, the diode D1 being for protecting the photo coupler P1.
