PURPOSE: A gap adjusting device for rolling rolls is provided to easily arrange an adjusting unit in an accurate measuring position between rolling rolls of a edger mill by using a mechanism. CONSTITUTION: A gap adjusting device for rolling rolls comprises an adjusting unit(10) which adjusts the gap between rolling rolls of a edger mill and an adjusting unit insertion unit(20) which is connected to the adjusting unit and arranges the adjusting unit between the rolling rolls. The adjusting unit comprises a central member(30) arranged between rolling rolls and a moving member(40) which is provided in the central member and able to move up and down.
