PURPOSE: A producing method of a tea extract having excellent taste, flavor, and solubility is provided to reduce the bitter and astringent taste of tea, and to maintain the original flavor of the tea. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a tea extract comprises the following steps: extracting tea leaves at 25-40 deg C using a column type extractor; concentrating the obtained tea extract at 4-50 deg C in the decompressed condition of 1-100 mmHg to obtain tea concentrate; solidifying the concentrated tea extract, and mixing the solidified tea extract with the tea concentrate; and solidifying the mixture. The solidifying process is for obtaining powder, granules or micro-granules of the tea extract. |
