PURPOSE: A reward advertisement device based on mobile advertisement PPI(Pay Per Install) and a method thereof are provided to supply a reward to a corresponding customer by downloading an advertising application through an advertisement included in a medium application and installing the advertising application in an application terminal. CONSTITUTION: A reward providing module(202) includes the followings. When a downloaded advertising application is installed in an application terminal, an advertising application installation determining module determines the installation of the advertising application according to identity between a transmitted authentication code and a fixed authentication code. A reward provision processing module provides a reward to a corresponding customer.
