PURPOSE: A cooking method of black goat bone soup using a black goat bone extract and black goat meat is provided to offer abundant nutrients contained in black goat bones to eaters. CONSTITUTION: A cooking method of black goat bone soup using a black goat bone extract and black goat meat comprises the following steps: crushing 40g of black goat bones(1); mixing the crushed black goat bones with 20g of ginger(2), 10g of garlic(3), and 30g of edible water, and heating the mixture more than 3 hours to obtain a black goat bone extract; preparing black goat meat(4); and mixing 70g of black goat bone extract, 20g of black goat meat, and 10g of vegetables(5).
