PURPOSE: A method for representing a client in electronic registration and a device thereof are provided to provide a process to improve an electronic signature method of a registration applicant, thereby saving time and reducing costs. CONSTITUTION: An electronic registration system transmits an electronic signature request signal to an agent terminal(S410). The electronic registration system transmits an electronic signature request file to a user terminal of a registration applicant after receiving a confirmation request signal(S415,S420). The electronic registration system displays a security code input window in the user terminal(S425). The electronic registration system displays the electronic signature request file in the user terminal(S430). The electronic registration system displays an electronic signature input window in the user terminal according to an approval signal(S440). The electronic registration system generates a confirmation signal according to an inputted electronic signature code(S445). The electronic registration system generates electronic registration signature information(S450).
