摘要 PURPOSE: An actuator module for an education robot is provided to perform a function of an angle-controllable RC(Radio Control) servo motor and a DC(Direct Current) motor function rotatable at 360 degrees by using a single motor. CONSTITUTION: An actuator module for an education robot comprises a memory unit, a MCU(micro control unit)(130), a motor driver(140), one or more connectors, a gear unit, an encoder(180), and a current sensing unit(170). A firmware is saved in the memory unit to control the actuating state of the education robot. The MCU outputs control signals for the control of the driving state of a DC motor(150). The motor driver is connected to a DC motor and the MCU. The motor driver drives the DC motor according to the control signals output by the MCU. The MCU communicates with external devices through connectors. The gear unit is connected between the DC motor and an output shaft and controls the torque of the DC motor. The encoder measures and outputs the ROM of the DC motor to the MCU. The current sensing unit measures the current supplied to the DC motor and outputs the detected result value to the MCU.
