PURPOSE: A ceramic heat sink using low temperature sintering and glaze and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve thermal conductivity by mixing additive with silicon carbide and dispersing the mixture. CONSTITUTION: Silicon carbide of 80 to 95 wt% is mixed with additive of 5 to 20 wt% and the mixture is dispersed(S10). Material powder mixture is formed for manufacturing silicon carbide sinter. The material powder mixture is sintered between 850 and 1250 degrees centigrade. The additive includes glaze of 0 to 10 wt% and sintering additive of 0 to 10 wt%. The sintering additive is single oxide or mixture selected among Mn, Bi, Cu, Zn, Nb, Ta, Sb, W, Nd, La, Co, Ni, Ga, Li, In, Sc, and Ce.
