FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed device comprises one first and one second slab casting lines and rolling mill for rolling cast slabs. Said first casting line represents thin-slab continuous-casting horizontal plant 1 including loading vessel 5 for melt and belt conveyor 6 extending horizontally downstream of loading vessel 5. Second casting also line represents thin-slab continuous-casting horizontal plant 2 or vertical thin-slab continuous-casting horizontal plant 2 including casting mould 4, bending and straightening device 7. Rolling mill 11 to roll cast slabs is located downstream of casting lines.
