<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a course evaluation device which can perform an appropriate evaluation about the course candidate of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The course evaluation device generates a candidate course of an own vehicle (S12), forecasts the course of another vehicle (S14), determines an interference form of the candidate course of the own vehicle and the estimated route of the other vehicles, whether it is the form of the other vehicle interfering the own vehicle or the own vehicle interfering the other vehicle in view of the own vehicle, and at the same time determines whether it is the form of the other vehicle interfering the own vehicle or the own vehicle interfering the other vehicle in view of the other vehicle (S18), and evaluates the course candidate of the own vehicle based on the determination result (S20).
