<p>PURPOSE: A solid electrolytic capacitor is provided to improve mechanical stability and electrical performance of a capacitor by arranging an adhesive in a slot of a plane part of a cathode termination. CONSTITUTION: An anode termination(62) and a cathode termination(72) are electrically connected to a capacitor element(33). The capacitor element comprises an upper side(37), a lower side(39), a front side(36), a back side(38), and a lateral side(31). The capacitor element comprises an anode, a dielectric, a cathode, and an anode lead. The anode termination is electrically connected to the anode lead. The cathode termination is electrically connected to the cathode.</p> |
