APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR OPERATING IN A COORDINATED MULTIPLE POINT SCHEME IN A WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

The present description provides an apparatus and a method for operating in a coordinated multiple point scheme in a wireless communication system. The present description relates to a method comprising the following steps: measuring a channel for a first link between a first base station and a terminal; transmitting information on the first link to a second base station; and receiving, from the second base station, link establishment information to be used in establishing the first link as a dedicated link for transmitting a control channel for the terminal based on a coordinated multiple point scheme. According to the present description, scheduling conflicts caused by scheduling ambiguity may be prevented when a specific base station from among the coordinated base stations is designated as a primary base station, or a specific base station from among the coordinated base stations is designated as an auxiliary base station, in a coordinated multiple point scheme.
