The arrangement (1) has a buoyant floating body (3) for receiving an off-shore application and comprising a lower side (7), which is provided in a direction of sea-bottom in a floating state. A supporting structure (5) is movably attached to the body to support the body in an installation state of the off-shore arrangement. The lower side of the body comprises a holding device (11) for holding air volume (13) that is partly dipped into water in the floating state and driven by pressure of surrounding water. A ventilation path (19) ventilates the holding device. An independent claim is also included for a method for installing a self-explanatory off-shore arrangement.
