<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately evaluate a target with an inexpensive constitution, even when mounted on a flying body of rocking an attitude. <P>SOLUTION: This target standardizing device includes: an arithmetic operation unit 16 for calculating a standardizing position of the target with every image information, and calculating and outputting its average standardizing position, by supplying a plurality of image information formed by associating photographed image acquired by photographing at least the target to a photographing position when photographing the target; and a comparing-selecting unit 15 for selecting the image information supplied to the arithmetic operation unit 16 according to a prestored image selecting specified value when a position dispersion value is larger than a preset target dispersion value by calculating the position dispersion value to the average standardizing position of the standardizing position used for calculating the average standardizing position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
