PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure including polymer materials that have a high dielectric constant and high breakdown strength and are stable at humid environments.

SOLUTION: There is provided a film 40 and an article 60 including the film 40. The film 40 includes a first layer 42, a second layer 44 and a third layer 46. The first layer 42 includes a polymer dielectric material. The second layer 44 is disposed on at least one surface 48 or 50 of the first layer 42 and includes inorganic oxide dielectric material. The third layer 46 is disposed on the first 42 or the second layer 44 and includes a nitride or oxynitride material.
