<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spin cell which does not require external energy for holding electric power when a magnetic tunnel junction element is used for electricity storage. <P>SOLUTION: The spin cell comprises a magnetic tunnel junction element (110) having a first electrode (111) and a second electrode (114) which holds the magnetic Zeeman energy when a magnetic field is applied, converts the Zeeman energy into electric energy when an external load is connected with the first electrode (111) and second electrode (114) and supplies the electric energy to the external load, and magnets (130, 140) which apply the magnetic field for holding the Zeeman energy in the magnetic tunnel junction element (110). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
