PURPOSE: A folding-type welding sludge receptacle device is provided to fold and unfold with a small force by employing a torsion spring for providing a folding unit with an elastic force. CONSTITUTION: A folding-type welding sludge receptacle device comprises a receptacle unit(100) and a folding unit(200). The receptacle unit comprises a plurality of adjacent flame-retarding panels(110) that are coupled and rotated to form a receiving space. The folding unit comprises a plurality of arms(210) which are coupled to the panels and rotated relative to the panels to support the receptacle unit from the inside and coupling units(220) coupling the arms at the opposite side of the arms.
