<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of personal information without compromising the security level by preventing the job control information in a two-dimensional code from being erased together when the two-dimensional code is erased for the protection of personal information. <P>SOLUTION: When there is trace information in additional information extracted by a control unit, i.e. when there are first trace information and second trace information, the second trace information is erased. The control unit alters job control information in the additional information thus extracted to job prohibition (step S21). An encode unit generates a two-dimensional code by encoding the additional information (step S22). Upon detecting the fact that a memory has received the two-dimensional code containing the updated additional information and a document image, the control unit synthesizes the two-dimensional code and the document image in the memory thus generating the document image to which the two-dimensional code is added (step S23). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
