<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC power supply which uses a lithium ion capacitor unit as a main power supply and uses a secondary battery as a standby power supply in which deterioration of the secondary battery is limited by reducing the load on the secondary battery, and stabilized power supply is ensured. <P>SOLUTION: A changeover circuit 8 consists of a first discharge circuit 81 having a current limit resistor 4, and a second discharge circuit 83 which short-circuits the current limit resistor 4. When voltage detection means 5 detects the fact that the voltage of a lithium ion capacitor unit 1 has reached the unit lower limit voltage, a secondary battery 3 is discharged through the first discharge circuit 81. When the fact that the voltage of the lithium ion capacitor unit 1 has risen to a first set voltage higher than the unit lower limit voltage, or dropped to a second set voltage lower than the unit lower limit voltage is detected, the secondary battery 3 is discharged through the second discharge circuit 83. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
