The stator comprises a cylindrical stator core, several axially extending stator windings (N1,N48), and phases (U,V,W) having several winding strands (S11,S32). The shafts (W111-W322) and the winding strands are arranged alternately, such that the shafts (W112,W122,W212,W222,W312,W322) with small width are arranged completely within the shafts (W111,W121,W211,W221,W311,W321) with large width, in the same phase. An independent claim is included for manufacturing method of stator of electric machine.
