<p>Provided are a random access method, mobile terminal, and mobile communication system for establishing a random access process of a mobile terminal. The method comprises: acquiring the dynamic probability level, N, and the access service class (ASC) of the current service in a system broadcast message (S101); calculating the current service access probability according to the dynamic probability level, N, and the ASC of the current service (S102); comparing in order the random numbers corresponding to available access time slots with the access probability of the current service, till a random number corresponding to an available access time slot is less than or equal to the access probability of the current service, and transmitting an access preamble to a base station using the available access time slot (S103). When there is a large demand for access services having the highest priority, the present invention prevents simultaneous failures of access services having the highest priority caused by finite network capacity from occurring.</p> |
