The invention relates to the field of immunology, in particular to agents for treating immunodeficiency disorders. The problem addressed by the invention is the production of novel preparations having a marked immunostimulating activity and being highly effective therapeutically, with a simultaneous decrease in undesirable side effects and a reduction in the cost of treatment. The problem is solved by substances which are active in the treatment of immunodeficiency disorders and are from the group of 1,3-diethylbenzimidazole salts of general formula: (I), where X- = an anion, and also by pharmaceutically acceptable compositions thereof.
