An electronic transformer overall detection and evaluation system, comprising: a three-phase standard test source, an electronic transformer, an electronic transformer emulator, a standard merging unit, an industrial Ethernet switch, a GPS timing device, and an electronic transformer status analysis and evaluation platform; the three-phase standard test source transmits data to the electronic transformer and the electronic transformer emulator respectively; the electronic transformer emulator transmits data to the electronic transformer status analysis and evaluation platform via the standard merging unit and the industrial Ethernet switch in sequence; the electronic transformer status analysis and evaluation platform receives the data of the electronic transformer via the industrial Ethernet switch; the GPS timing device sends a synchronization signal to the electronic transformer and the standard merging unit respectively. The electronic transformer overall detection and evaluation system provides a basis and reference for the onsite offline calibration conducted by the electronic transformer.
