COMPOSITION FOR ANTI PLANT PATHOGEN CONTAINING BACILLUS SUBTILIS KBC1010 OR ITS CULTURE FLUID AS AN ACTIVE INGREDIENT

PURPOSE: A composition containing Bacillus subtilis KBC1010 strain and a culture thereof is provided to ensure excellent antifungal activity against plant pathogen including Rhizoctonia solani AG-2-2 (IV). CONSTITUTION: A wettable powder composition for preventing plant pathogen contains 5.0-50.0%(s/s) of a technical product and diluents. The technical product is prepared by culturing Bacillus subtilis KBC1010(deposit nubmer KCTC 10304BP) in a medium containing 0.1-10.0 parts by weight of dextrose and 0.1-10 parts by weight of peptone at 25-35 Deg. C. and pH 5.5-8.5. The plant pathogen is Rhizoctonia solani AG-2-2(IV), Rhizoctonia cerealis, Rhizoctonia solani AG-1(IA), Colletotrichum acutatum, or Sclerotium rolfsii. The diluents is sodium alginate, gelanized starch, corn starch, soybean cake, wheat bran, granularity fiber, diatomite, zeolite, bentonite, talc, kaolin, pyrophyllite, white carbon, or sacharides.
