PURPOSE: A warp knitted fabric for safety is provided to ensure softness and freshness and to enable easy weaving and laundry. CONSTITUTION: A warp knitted fabric for safety is fabricated by forming a middle layer(24) by inserting connection yarns(28) between inner/outer layers(22,26) and connecting and weaving the inner/middle/and outer layers together. The thread forming the inner/outer layers is monoyarn, filament yarn, DTY yarn, or mixed yarn thereof. The thread forming the middle layer is formed of monoyarn, DTY yarn, or mixed yarn thereof. The thickness and tear strength of the warp knitted fabric of three layers are 600-1000 denier and 5-10 kgf/mm. |
