The turbine has a static part including upper and lower plates, and guiding walls fixed between the plates. A movable part is fixed to center of the static part. The movable part includes a vertical axle driven in rotation by pallets, which receive air guided through the guiding walls. An air flow guiding system is arranged above and below the static part and the movable part. A space between the guiding walls forms guiding chambers, where a small portion of the flow of air accumulated in the space is conveyed through a ventilation duct.
