Name of my invention is Door Window. It is basically a security device against home invasion and forceful entry. As the name implies, it is designed as a lockable opening on the door around 2.5 inches by 8 inches (actual opening) so face to face conversation and item exchanges like ID's, small items, mails, is possible between the inside and the outside of the house while the door is securely locked. There are 2 doors to this device, first one is a solid metal door that can be locked and the second door is a Plexiglas that slides to open and close. There are 3 parts to this device, main part which includes the metal solid door is inserted from the exterior of the house door through a cut hole. The 2 nd part locks the first in place by 4 bolts. The 3 rd part is the sliding Plexiglas. |
