<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounted wind power generator superior in startability in weak wind and having high power generation efficiency, in the vehicle-mounted wind power generator generating electric power using vehicle travel wind. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicle-mounted wind power generator includes a savonius-type wind turbine 10 arranged in an air channel 3a of a duct 3; an electric power generator 20 generating electric power by the rotation of the wind turbine 10; a windshield member 30 arranged at an windward side of the wind turbine 10; and a wind direction changing member 40 disposed at a leeward side of the wind turbine 10. The wind direction changing member 40 includes a partial cylinder wind direction changing curved surface 40 disposed along a rotary track To and separated from the rotary track To at a predetermined clearance so as to cover at least a range from a lower boundary point P3 to a portion of 1/8 rotary track between the lower boundary point P3 advanced from the most windward point P1 by the portion of 1/4 rotary track on the rotary track To and the most leeward point P4 positioned most leeward on the rotary track To.
