METHOD FOR BALANCED MIX OIL BLENDS WITH FLAX OIL AND SUNFLOWER OIL, AND ENHANCED EXTRACTING METHOD FROM FLAX SEED

PURPOSE: A balanced combination oil composition using flax seed oil and sunflower oil is provided to enable users to use the composition having excellent oxidation stability as blending oil. CONSTITUTION: A balanced combination oil composition contains 20 parts of flax seed oil by weight, 5 parts of sunflower oil by weight, 0.1 parts of rice bran oil by weight, and 0.01 parts of soybean lecithin by weight, and 0.001 parts of vitamin D by weight as active ingredients. The flax seed oil is obtained by the following steps: drying flax seeds at 55-65 deg C for 1-3 hours; stirring and roasting the dried flax seeds at 140-160 deg C for 1.5-3.5 minutes in the speed of 140-160rpm; and extruding oil from the roasted flax seeds at 140-160 deg C for 7-12 hours using an extruder.
