PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase of camera height.

SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging apparatus includes: an imaging element which is formed on a semiconductor substrate, and includes an imaging region having a plurality of pixel blocks including a plurality of pixels; a first optical system which image-forms a subject on an image forming face; a second optical system which includes a micro lens array having a plurality of micro lenses arranged in accordance with the plurality of pixel blocks and reduces and image-reforms a scheduled image which is formed on the image forming face on the pixel block corresponding to the individual micro lens. The image forming face by the first optical system when the subject is positioned at an infinite distance is farther than the imaging element if viewed from the first optical system.
