PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mounting and fixing a hole-in anchor to existing concrete, thereby obtaining sufficient strength against pulling-out of the anchor.
SOLUTION: A hole-in anchor is constituted of an anchor body part 1, an expansion wedge 2, and a fixture 3. The anchor body part 1 is cylindrically formed, and on the tip side thereof, an expansion part 1a in which four slits 11 are formed on its peripheral wall in the axial direction at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction. A female screw 13 is formed in an axial hole 12 of the base side of the anchor body part 1, and a screw thread 14 is projectingly formed on the outer periphery of the anchor body part 1. The expansion wedge 2 is constituted of a small diameter part 21 which can be press-fitted into the axial hole 12 of the expansion part 1a and a taper shank 22 which expands at a predetermined taper angle from the outer diameter of the small diameter part 21. As for the fixture 3, a male screw 31 threadable with the female screw 13 of the anchor body part 1 is formed on the tip of the fixture 3, and a head 33 having a larger diameter than the male screw 31 and engageable with a rotating tool such as wrench is formed on the base end side of the fixture 3.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
