PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the withstand voltage between an electromagnetic coil and the other members, and to achieve higher performance and reduction in size.

SOLUTION: An electromechanical device 10 includes: an electromagnetic coil 100A in which an electric wire 100AL covered with a first insulating material 100AC is wound into a plurality of loops; and an insulation part 702 which is formed by a second insulating material provided so as to cover at least a part of the electromagnetic coil. The withstand voltage between an outside part sandwiching the insulation part and the electromagnetic coil is larger than that between electric wires adjacent to each other in the electromagnetic coil.
