PURPOSE:To simply and economically treat filthy water, by providing a vermian tank having the accumulative layer of the castings of earthworms or the layer of living earthworms formed above a filter and a means for sprinkling filthy water from a water reservoir tank onto the accumulative layer of the castings of earthworms or the like. CONSTITUTION:Domestic discharged sludge having been carried by a sludge thickener vehicle 1 is charged in a filtration tank 2, roughly filtered and sent into a tank 3 for reserving raw sludge. On the other hand, industrial discharged sludge having been carried by a tank rulley 4 is directly charged in the tank 3 for reserving raw sludge and mixed therein with the domestic discharged sludge. The sludge in the tank 3 for reserving raw sludge is sent into a mixer tank 6 by a pump 5 and agitatively mixed with a coagulating liquid sent from coagulating liquid tanks 8, 8 by pumps 7, 7. The resulting liquid mixture is circulated into a dehydrator tank 9 and dehydratively separated into cake and filthy water. The separated cake after adding fermenting bacteria to it in a humidity adjusting tank 11 is fermented inside a fermentation tank 13. |
