<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a sulfide-based solid electrolyte having high ion conductivity can be produced without requiring any special equipment or without performing pulverization and refinement of lithium sulfide. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a sulfide-based solid electrolyte glass includes: a step of producing lithium sulfide by reacting LiR (R is 1-20C linear or branched alkyl, 3-20C cycloalkyl, 4-20C cycloalkylalkyl, 4-20C alkylcycloalkyl, 1-20C linear or branched alkoxy, 3-20C cycloalkoxy, 4-20C cycloalkylalkoxy or 4-20C alkoxycycloalkyl) with hydrogen sulfide; and a step of producing the sulfide-based solid electrolyte glass by reacting one or more compounds selected from phosphorus sulfide, germanium sulfide, silicon sulfide and boron sulfide with the above lithium sulfide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
