HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE MODULE INSPECTION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device of a hollow fiber membrane module that can perform the inspection of a string turbulence fault with high accuracy by arbitrarily switching the injection angle and the position of a ring type illumination even when any raw material of a white raw material or a raw material with high transparency is used, when a hollow fiber membrane with different materials are used.

SOLUTION: The hollow fiber membrane module inspection device includes: a ring type illumination that emits light to a hollow fiber membrane module and having two irradiation entrances having different irradiation angles; two illumination sources connected with the two irradiation entrances of the ring type illumination respectively; an illumination switching means controlling the operations of the illumination source; a moving means inserting the hollow fiber membrane module into the inside of the ring type illumination while adjusting by the given width; an imaging means receiving the scattered light from the hollow fiber membrane module irradiated with light; a defect discrimination means treating the images obtained by the imaging means; and a means transporting the module.
