PURPOSE: A wastewater treating apparatus using a membrane module is provided to prevent treated materials from being re-absorbed on the surface of a membrane due to the circulation of fluid in a reactor. CONSTITUTION: A wastewater treating apparatus using a membrane module includes a housing(10), at least one membrane module, a blocking film(50), an air spraying part(70), and a pump(90). An internal space for wastewater is arranged in the housing. A outlet(11) is arranged at the housing and discharges concentrated wastewater. The membrane module includes an upper combining part(31) and a membrane in connection with the upper combining part. The membrane module is installed in the housing and is immersed in the wastewater. The upper side and the lower side of the blocking film are opened. The upper side of the blocking film is positioned below the surface of the wastewater. The lower side of the blocking film is spaced apart from the bottom of the housing. The blocking film is spaced apart from the lateral side of the membrane module. The air spraying part is positioned below the membrane module and includes a spraying nozzle(71) which upwardly sprays air. The pump is in connection with the membrane module.
