PURPOSE: A cooling and heating storage using a thermoelectric element module and a control method thereof are provided to minimize the deviation of the temperature in the cooling and heating storage and prevent the excessive overshooting of the temperature in the cooling and heating storage. CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating storage using a thermoelectric element module comprises a thermoelectric module(140) and a control unit(150). The thermoelectric module is installed in one side of the cooling and heating storage(100). The thermoelectric module performs a warm storage mode or cold storage mode following the polarity of supply current. The control unit adjusts the target temperature of the cooling and heating storage by controlling the voltage supplied to the thermoelectric module.
