PURPOSE: A display device and a portable information device with the same are provided to omit a frontal set cover, thereby minimizing a thickness. CONSTITUTION: A circuit arranging unit is formed between one side of a guide frame and one side of a set sidewall. A plurality of circuit films(340) are connected to a display panel. A printed circuit board(350) is connected to the circuit films. The printed circuit board is arranged on the circuit arranging unit. A deco cover(400) covers the circuit arranging unit.
