A motor system is configured by: detecting a duration of idle stop by an idle stop end state detection unit 101 when the idle stop mode of the fuel cell ends; estimating recovery time taken for total voltage of the fuel cell to reach voltage at the idle operation by a fuel cell stack total voltage recovery time estimation unit based on the detected duration; and correcting and reducing a changing rate of the drive motor request torque by the drive motor request torque reduction correction unit 103 based on the estimated recovery time. |
