<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve hot-rolling processability of Ni-saving austenitic stainless steel with reduced Mn, as well as bend-and-return processability of a cold-rolled annealed steel sheet, in a simple manner. <P>SOLUTION: The cold-rolling annealing process including the steps of "cold rolling at 35% or higher rolling rate and annealing at 1,050°C or higher and also within an austenite single phase temperature range" is performed for two or more cycles on a hot-rolled annealed steel sheet made of steel containing, by mass, C: 0.030-0.300%, Si: 0.01-2.00%, Mn: 2.00-3.50%, P: 0.060% or less, S: 0.005% or less, Ni: 1.00-5.00%, Cr: 15.00-19.00%, N: 0.030-0.300%, Cu: 2.00-3.50%, V: 0.050-0.300%, Mo: 0-2.0%, B: 0-0.010%, Ca: 0-0.010%, and Al: 0-1.00%, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
