<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display system for an information display panel (IDP), capable of preferentially displaying contents that meet preference at the time of users who are present around the information display panel. <P>SOLUTION: In a display system for an information display panel (IDP), first, keywords corresponding to contents that meet preference of respective users are set for each of portable terminal devices 1. When the portable terminal devices 1 enter a communication area E, the keywords are sent from each of the portable terminal devices 1 to the information display panel 3 via short range communication. Then, the information display panel 3 counts reception numbers of the keywords corresponding to the contents, for each of the contents sequentially displayed on a screen of a display part 35 of the information display panel 3.
